On-demand reporting CORS error

Hello everyone, has anyone encountered such an error in the on-demand-reporting component?

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://nprinting.domen.ru/api/v1/login/ntlm' from origin 'https://qlik.domen.ru' has been blocked by CORS policy: The value of the 'Access- Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response must not be the wildcard '*' when the request's credentials mode is 'include'. The credentials mode of requests initiated by the XMLHttpRequest is controlled by the withCredentials attribute.

I don’t use * anywhere. In the nprinting settings, the url from which it is allowed to accept requests is explicitly specified (https://qlik.domen.ru)

Previously I used https://nprinting:4993/, but there was a missing certificate error, the certificate was installed, the link changed to https://nprinting.domen.ru and the above error appeared

Support

Hi,

May 2021 is no more supported. I suggest to start by upgrading to a supported version, latest is better.

Check you set the trusted origins properly https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Admin-setti...

Check also the browser setting, or try with another browser. Try also with the full domain URL.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
