PPT window size in Qlik NPrinting template editor is not coming properly

Hi There,
I am trying to learn and design NPrinting report in ppt format. However, the ppt window size in Qlik NPrinting template editor is not coming properly.  I have attached the snap shot of the template designer screen. 
Can any please guide and help me out?

Hi,

Set the screen zoom to 100%.

Please, when creating new posts remember to add the label with the correct version of Qlik NPrinting you are using. The answer could depend on it.

Hi,

1. Have you set zoom to 100% on ALL screens you use? it is compulsory.

2. Server and designer version must be the same - based on your description above you dont meet this criteria unless i read it wrong! Is your designer version the same as the server version? If yes - which one is it? 22.15.11 or 21.14.4?
