Hi all,
I'm currently working on a report that starts as a word document but is ultimately sent as a PDF. The placeholder variables will update and display correctly when I preview the report as a word document but do not when I preview it as a PDF. Images (charts) load correctly in both the PDF and word preview. See below:

Has anyone come across this before? I've tried running the report as part of a schedule but the issue persists.

I haven't figured out what caused the issue but I've managed to resolve it by creating a new word template and copying and pasting everything from the old report into the new one
