Hi,
I am generating a ppt report with Nprinting.
I want to display a table in a slide. The problem is that the table can be big, and doesn't always fit in the slide.
Is there a way to split a table and generate multiple slides when this case occurs?
I tried both "image" and "table" way to put it in the slide.
The Nprinting version we are using is 16.3.0.0 SR3.
Thanks in advance,
Aymeric
Hi,
Will be fine if you can generate the report in PDF format instead of PPT.
If you can create PDF reports I would you suggest you to use Pixel Perfect Report template.
For more details please refer the below document,

Hi Harish,
Thanks for your answer.
I didn't use pixelperfect reports so far. Is it possible to manage independant pages, such as powerpoint slides?
The interface seems a bit confiusing and complex to me...

Aymeric
We investigated this some time ago and the ability to split a table between slides is a limitation of PowerPoint and independent of NPrinting.
PixelPerfect allows for tables to be split over multiple pages and includes options to repeat headers and summarize in various fashions (by page, group, report).
The interface is not as intuitive as PowerPoint but would be the best for splitting tables. You can also try using a Word template to do this.
Martin Aymeric,
I was not able to save the Pixel Perfect Report output in the form of PPT.
But you ok with PDF reports instead of PPT you will be able to break you table into multiple sheets.
Please let me know if you are ok with PDF reports instead of PPT.
I can help you to create one.

Harish
Hi,
There is no straight option to do this in NPrinting.
We had the same issue and applied the below solution to fix this.
Created a flag which will group the records after every 25 records (using class function) and did a paging for the particular slide. It is working fine now
Thanks,
Sijo
Hi,
class function in Nprinting or in the QV app? Would it be possible to see your solution? If not, could you explain in greater detail please?
Thank you very much!
