Qlik NPrinting Issue

Hi Mark,

I am using qlik NPrinting sep 17 version. But, it s giving me error when I am generating excel reports . It is giving me the usual error

. Error in node of type Qlik.Reporting.Reports.Tree.Template.ImageNode for request .....

Though I am not using any extensions in my charts.

Any suggestions are most appreciated.

Hi Ronit,

First upgrade your NPrinting to June 2018

Second - give little bit of background - what version of Qlik are you using, what type connection, what is the template and objects you are using etc.

We need details to help you with this and error you have provided is too generic to pin it against particular issue.

It might relate to the fact that you probably have done some changes in Qlik, did not refresh metadata in NPrinting connection and did not update template tags....

Thank you Lech. I think it was an issue related to metadata. It got resolved when I updated the connection and reloaded the metadata,
