Hi,
I'm facing issue while generating the report via NPrinting On Demand. I'm installing the Qlik NPrinting On Demand latest verison (2023). After installed I tried to generate via Qlik Access point.
I'm getting this error. like "No connection with NPrinting Server Please check your network settings or contact the administrator".
After that while access the url again, I clicked on browser tool (press F12) and copy the respective url and pasted in the another window and access it. once done then I can able to generate the report via NPrinting On demand.
Question: I can able to do manually, but when I'm move to production User wont do this activity. How it solve this?
Further, if your requirement is to log into the QlikView Accesspoint without logging into NPrinting first, you would need to:
1. Secure the NPrinting web server with a 3rd party certificate

2. Use FQDN paths when loading the Qlikview Accesspoint (ensure this path is in trusted origins)
ie: use "http://qlikserver2.domain.local/qlikview/index.htm"
not
"http://qlikserver2/qlikview/index.htm"
You need to have someone in your organization with certificate expertise, help you deploy this certificate solution across your organization.

Hi, maybe there is a warning with the ertificate and when you open the url you accepted the browser to trust in it.
In my experience the certificate shouldn't bring any warning and should be automatically trusted by the browser.
Please again review in detail this article.
