Qlik NPrinting can't find a supported reporting template editor for an Excel report

Hi,
I have the problem that I descript in the Subject and I read that a lot of user haved the same problem. I applied the various solution that I read in various threads but the problem is alwais present.

The Designer work with Word, with Powerpoint and with all the other format, but it don't work wit Excel (Office 365 with locally instalation).

Any idea?

Did you try all the options in this article:

I also had run through different settings i found that didn't work, then i found this article and i think compatibility mode is what resolved it. but maybe you missed a setting in this article.

Hi,

There is a proposed workaround here https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/NPrinting-Designer-cannot-find-a-supported-template-editor-W.... Please let us know if this workaround works for you.

We are also working with high priority to solve this issue.
