Qlik Nprinting montlhy report fails to load

Hi

I am using Qliksense Nprinting to  generate reports on monthly basis. I have set a trigger for every month 10th to receive the report to my mail. It was working fine for more than 6 months. Now suddenly I receive the report without fully loaded. I don't know what is the issue, I try to see the preview again in Nprinting, and it's the same, full report is not getting loaded. I can just see the loading symbol.

Thanks a lot. I will follow up on this. The same report with Vizlib objects was generating the Nprinting report monthly basis for past 4 months, suddenly the issue arises.

• Dashboard bundle: Dashboard bundle limitations. If you are experiencing issues, verify that you are using a compatible version of Qlik Sense. Your Qlik NPrinting version must be equal to or higher than your Qlik Sense version
• Visualization bundle: Visualization bundle limitations. If you are experiencing issues, verify that you are using a compatible version of Qlik Sense. Your Qlik NPrinting version must be equal to or higher than your Qlik Sense version
• NPrinting report error seen may be "invalid visualization" for example

Hi,

Vizlib is a third party exstension and their usage is documented in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/MultiDocument/Using-Sense-third-part...

At the moment we state the requirements a third party exstension must have in order to work with Qlik NPrinting but we don't have a list of certificated exstensions or we don't know if a specific exstension changes its behaviour over time.
