Qlik Sense NPrinting - Connection - Error Object reference not set to an instance of an object

hi,

when i create a new connection, before i reach reload metadata step, i get the below error.

Error
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

even if i give reload metadata, i am getting the same error. can anyone pls help me to resolve it?

i am using NPrinting 17.3

The issue was related to extensions. The app used several extensions. I am not sure what exactly caused the issue, but i deleted all extensions and the connection was created without any problem.
