Hi @Manish
Did you perform database restore after upgrading?
If you did upgrade from another NP 17 + server and no restore was done, please check the following article which mentions how to solve the issue.
If this was not an upgrade and a fresh installation, can you tell us if you ever had any other version of NPrinting installed on this computer at one time or another?
hi@Frank_S
This is not an upgrade. I have done a fresh installation.
But yes earlier i have nprinting version 17.x install in the same machine.
I uninstall earlier version i.e. 17.x and then tried to install the new version
Thanks
Manish
If this is fresh install, then do the following to clean up the previous install.
NOTE follow the steps in the correct order below or the uninstall process will not work normally.
Next, open the following and rename these folders:
NOTE: if you not able to rename the folders, restart the server and try to re-name again.
Once you are able to rename the folders, Install NPrinting server once again but make sure that you have met all system and user account requirements before proceeding.
For example
If this does not solve the issue, please start a support case so we can assist you further to clean up your machine in further detail before attempting another re-installation.
Did you previously use a service account and then changed it to another service account? If so try using back to the old service account.

Hi,
I think you uninstalled only the old Version of Qlik NPrinting Server, Engine and Designer but you still have RabbitMQ installed. Please remove also it, reboot and install June 2019.
You are experiencing a bug solver in April 2019 by upgrading the Qlik NPrinting Messaging service but for some reasons it seems that in your computer the old version is still in use.

Ruggero
Hi @Frank_S
First of all thanks for providing such a detailed explanation.
I have followed all the steps shared by you but now my installation is not getting completed.
Please find below the image where it is struck.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Be sure that you fillwd all the requiremants listed in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2019/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Planning-your-...
Be sure to follow the correct installation procedure in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2019/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/Qlik-NPrinting...
From only this screenshot it is not possible to understand what is happening. We need to check at least the logs you find in the folder C:\Users\NameOfTheUserWhoInstalledNprinting\AppData\Local\Temp and logs from https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/June2019/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Logging.ht...
