Reports queuing in Running Status until Qlik NPrinting Engine restarted

Hi,

We have around 10 tasks which are triggered at the same time. I notice that after few tasks completed successfully, one of the task stuck at 50%progress(in Running status) even after generating the excel reports in output folder. So this and rest of the tasks stays in the queue for hours until i restart the 'Qlik NPrinting Engine'.

Any suggestions, please

Thanks. As you mentioned, I will create a separate xx_NP.qvw for Nprinting. 

We have already imported the .nsq project, as part of nprinting migration. In the Report tab(Qlik Nprinting 2021), I see that I cannot edit the source App, it is greyed out. So does it mean that I cannot change the source qvw for the already imported reports?

Sorry - I dont understand what is not possible? Source app? There is NPrinting app there but not source QlikView app.

QlikView app access is controlled in Connections so you have two options:

• you can re-point your connection to new Qlik app directly in connection settings https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/GettingStarted/HowCreateConnect... , or
• you can create new connection and then 
  • export report
  • import report and during that process change connection (same procedure as this: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Import...)

Both options are documented in help site.
