SMTP Server Connectivity Not working

Hi Techies,

I have installed N printing Feb version and I have one smtp server which is 2016 Microsoft exchange.

I am  writing in SMTP server setting as smtp.office365.com and checked TLS and added credentials but it is not working not even sending a Test Mail.


Can you please help me to know what I am missing ?

Hi Rohit.

Where is this server? i believe external, right?

What port are you using? 587? Is the firewall allowing traffic on this port.

I think this is not a NPrinting related question. Try to setup Outlook on NPrinting server first with account you want to use.
