Send emails by each report cycle

Hello I got a report with cycle enabled on 2 fields (Project PM and Project PMO)
I have a situation in which I have a PM x with 3 PMO (a, b, and c)
now if I run the publish task the result is 3 excel sheets with data related to PM x and PMO a, a second one for PM x and PMO b, and a third excel file for PM x and PMO c

what I want to accomplish is to send each excel file as follows:
To: PM x
CC: a

To: PM x
CC: b

To: PM x
CC: c

kindly advise on how to accomplish this

Hi.

In User settings you need to have each PMO as user and PM as PMOs alternative email. Then in publish task:

  • Add PMO as User
  • In email settings use Alternative email as: TO
  • Use UserEmail as: CC

thats it

To add to above - if you need to filter data you would need to assign user filters to your PMO users.

Hello
let me explain to you the situation in "details"
the PM are users with filters
the filters are on project ids
so a PM x can see projets P1, P2, and P3
Projects may have PMO so let's say P1 has a, and P2 has b (as PMO) and P3 doesn't have a PMO
another PM y can see projects P4, and P5
P4 and P5 don't have a PMO
a third PM z can see projects P6, and P7 and both projects have c as PMO

we cannot define filters on PMOs because they are not always there for a project; and filters are already created for PMs who are users in Nprinting

so in this case I want the emails as follows:
PM x receives email for data for P1 ; CC: a
PM x receives email for data for P2: CC: b
PM x receives email for data for P3;

PM y receives email for data for P4, and P5

PM z receives email for data for P6, and P7; CC: c

also the same PMO can be allocated to more than one project so I assume the alternate email won't help in this case
