Stuck on Queued for Connections

Hi All,

I successfully installed and configured nPrinting Server April 2020 with an engine connected to it in Online Status.

QlikSense Enterprise and nPrinting Server are on the same machine on AWS EC2 (8 GB RAM, 4 CPU)

I create an app and successively a connection to Sense app in the hub and when I select Create, the metadata reload is in Queued state forever.

Any pointers appreciated. The other logs don't show anything outside of INFO and WARN

Apart from the fact that you are running unsupported configuration (NPrinitng and Qlik Sense CANNOT run on the same box), what do you see when you click on Verify (when setting up connection) - provide screenshot!

have you followed all the steps from https://help.qlik.com to configure connection? like

  • adding service account to root admins
  • exchanging certificates
  • opening required ports etc...
