The page are different in UAT and Prod Nprinting

Dear team,

Our UAT Nprinting version is 20.19.3.0 and Prod Nprinting version is 17.5.0000, seems that both the pages are different, may i know it's version reason ? for more tails , please refer the attached files, thanks !

We need to confirm whether this is configurable or the login page corresponding to the version, because it has affected the user login and grant the access to user ,thanks !

Your production version (if it is as old as you say 17.5) is no longer supported and honestly should be upgraded to up to date version. 

That aside...

Difference you see between both is that in UAT you allow for NPrinting Authentication alongside Windows authentication and in Production it is set to only Windows authentication, so YES - it is configurable

above link is to newer version as yours are no longer supported and I struggled to find one for your version, but the concept is the same.
