Hi,
Be sure to met all the requirements that you can read in the official help site. For example, users requirements are in the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2018/Content/DeployingQVNprinting/User-accounts.htm.
Best Regards,
Ruggero

The problem is not what you highlighted, but infact the two errors below. You get the first one if the user is a windows domain user, but that shouldn't stop from establishing a connection. Nearly all users in my current NPrinting setup are domain users, and I get reports and emails being delivered.
I am using Windows 7 for both Nprinting and QlikSense. Qliksense is working fine.
I have installed both Qliksense and nprinting tool in single machine and both tools are working fine.
Thanks for your support.
Hi Ravi,
Please note that installing Qlik Sense server and Qlik NPrinting Server or Engine in the same computer is not supported. You must install them on different virtual or physical computers.
You can install Qlik NPrinting Server and Engine in the same computer.
You can install Qlik Sense Server and Qlik NPrinting on the same computer just if you want to use them for learning. I strongly suggest to use this configuration also for proof of concepts ore demos.
Remember to mark the correct answer.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
