Upgrade NPrinting 18 to June 19

Hi All, 

I am planning to upgrade NP Nov 18 version to June 2019. Is it mandatory i follow the upgrade path eg, Nov 18 to Feb 19 first and then Feb 19 to April 19.. and so on. or I can directly upgrade from Nov 18 to June 19 ?

I got my answer from the release notes june 2019.

"If you have installed an older version of Qlik NPrinting, you must upgrade to Qlik NPrinting 17.3 before you
can upgrade to Qlik NPrinting June 2019."

Hi,

By "older version" they mean NP 16 and NP 16.8, then you have to upgrade to NP 17.3 and then to newest version of NP 18 or NP 19.

If you have NP 18 November then you can upgrade to NP 19 straight.

If you are already on 17.3 and above you can upgrade directly. However, as the release notes say, if you are on an earlier version (i.e., between 17 IR and 17.2.3 [inclusive]), you will first need to upgrade to 17.3 before upgrading to  June 2017 and above.
