failed to preview with this message (snap included)

Hi all.

I'm trying to do my first reports on Nprinting. Connection to the qlik sense app  is generated, Designer is okay but can't preview my reports. It takes a lot of time and eventually fails with this message. Do you know what I should do?

Please, when you create a new conversation in the community add the label with the correct version of Qlik NPrinting you are using.

The Qlik NPrinting Engine cannot open the source app so be sure that the Windows Domain user that runs the service met all the requirements and
