format not kept

I have a pivot table that i want to print. I tried to created a word report, but it is not preserving the pivot table format ---see attached(from Qlikview vs Nprinting).  How can I get that?

Also I want to show the header for every page. How to acheive that?

What is the format that is not being kept? Please post snapshot of both desired and current  output.

Create a multi page report for printing the pivot table and print THE REPORT to pdf file.
