Hi,
today I installed NPrinting 17.1 on a Windows Server 2008R2 QlikView 11.2 SR10 machine.
There have been no errors during the installation, i did a reboot.
All services are running, under a local service user with local administration rights.
But when I try to open the URL http://localhost:4993/ (which as far as i understood seems to be the new Management Console) in order to enter the license information, I get a completely white page. No error message, just white. Any ideas why?

Hello Martin,
Validates that the Engine service is running. However remember to install nprinting 17 you should not have any version of Nprinting 16.
Steps to Install properly Nprinting 17:
1. Have the server updated the Net Framework
2. Install QlikView and must be licensed
3. Install Nprinting Server
4. Install Nprinting Engine (This is the motor)
5. Install Nprinting Designer
6. Install Office (must be licensed)
To upload services you should review policies and local management Windows security you create an instance of groups.
Recommendation: Use Chrome or Firefox as your browser
