nprinting publish Issue (user)

hi guys,

I have nprinting and qliksense in same machine.

i fill all the information for my admin user, email, folder, subfolder ..........

i create a report from qlik sense app, i assign my admin user, and i made a task, in tab destination i select hub, NewsStand, Folder.
but i did not recieve any email, i cant see the Strem report in my HUB, and i cant see the report in the folder user.
i can only see the report in the FOLDER.

I think there is an issue related to the user.

please help.
