Yes @Qlikuser09

To follow the above instructions, you need a Qlik source straight table. (A Qlik pivot able object will not work).

Kind regards...

Hi @Qlikuser09

You can use Pivot Table from Qlik Sense but you will have very limited control over its formats.
It will be just pure dump of the table data and borders

you can alternatively use pivot table image but it may produce truncated views

best option and best control you will have by having a straight table producing data and using native excel pivot table

choice is yours

thanks for the explanation @Lech_Miszkiewicz  , is it possible to create pivot table in pixel perfect reports?

Pivot table objects cannot be used in Pixel Perfect. Only Straight table objects.

The only option here is to use an image of a qlik pivot table object.

Please review what is available with PixelPerfect reporting, out of the box, here:

It depends.

There is no native pivot table pixel perfect object so you will not have pivotting capabilities.
but if your pivot table only need subtotals and grouping of dimensions on rows (not columns) then in Pixel Perfect you can build it as well with multiple nested levels and conditional formatting of borders

Hi,

You can add calculated formulas in Qlik NPrinting native Excel Pivot Tables as you add them in Excel. An Excel template is a normal Excel file.

Before starting the creation of the pivot please read carefully the link https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/ExcelReports/Pivot-table-Excel.htm shared by @Frank_S . All steps described there are mandatory.

I feel you are new to Qlik NPrinting so I strongly suggest you to start by training yourself by reading the help site, at least the Getting Started part. All your questions are already documented in detail there.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
