Hi @rajareddyjkl

What research have you done so far trying to find a solution to your problem? Can you share links to posts on community which cover this topic and which you have tried? I dont want to duplicate content which is already there.

Now if you haven't searched for possible answers on community  then opening NPrinting section on Qlik Community welcomes you with the first featured topic right at the very top of community (see link and screenshot below)

Steps described there cover the same issue as yours and provides various possible fixes/solutions. Some of the problems are caused by zoom level and some were caused by MsOffice upgrade, the result is still the same error.

Another important thing for you to consider is and upgrade. You are running unsupported version of NPrinting (NPrinting 16.x), so there is no patch nor support coming your way. If the workarounds mentioned in the topic from the link dont work for you you can try and roll back MsOffice and hope for the best. If the rollback works then i would switch off any office upgrades when staying on NPrinting 16.

Hi,

When posting new questions on the community, please, invest a bit of time to write a meaningful subject. Thanks.

QlikView NPrinting 16.* is no more supported so please plan a migration to a Qlik NPrinting 17+ supported version as soon as possible. Refer to https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/Migrate/Migrating.htm . Note that the minimum version with the migration tool is 16.3.

You can try to apply the solution described in https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Documents/Qlik-NPrinting-Designer-cannot-find-a-support...

Best Regards,

Ruggero
