unable to lease the licence of Qlikview on the server

Hi All,

when I logged on server using NPrinting service account then I couldn't lease the Qlikview licence.I tried using option "Open in server" from qlikview to lease the licence but it is not works on the server when I logged in using service account.

I tried to lease the licence in two ways as dynamically and manually but it was not works.Kindly provide me solution to this Scenario.

Are there still Named CALs available?

Did you limit the number of CALs allowed to be assigned by dynamic CAL assignment?

There are still named CALs available.

I didn't limit number of CALs by dynamic CAL assignment.

Is the license currently leased for this userid to other machines? Search the userid in the Users tab to see if a license is already assigned and to what machines.

Try manually assigning one of the Named User CAls tot he service Account
