Hello @indrasaptaalldata ,

The root cause for this issue could be there is no routing in the subsystem on the iSeries source, please check below link for the same.

Hi @indrasaptaalldata ,

Replicate uses your account BRICDC to connect DB2 iSeries, retrieves data from tables and capture changes from journal. If your account is disabled due to many sign-on attempts, perhaps wrong password is provided or somebody has changed it. Please also check if you have other source endpoints using the same account also.

For details on why the account is disabled, I recommend checking with your system administrator.

Regards,
Desmond

Hello @indrasaptaalldata ,

Server log file repsrv.log line # 1064 shows:

2024-06-04T08:48:24 [SERVER ]E: RetCode: SQL_ERROR SqlState: 28000 NativeError: 8011 Message: [IBM][System i Access ODBC Driver]Communication link failure. comm rc=8011 - CWBSY0011 - User BRICDC on system 192.168.21.6 has been disabled, Password length = 10, Prompt Mode = Never, System IP Address = 192.168.21.6 [1022502]

However in your JSON file your configuration is:

"server": "192.168.21.5",

Seems something mismatched.

BTW, please do not upload Diag Packages to article as it may contain sensitive information. If you need upload Diag Packages or sensitive information, please open support ticket and attach the files to the case.

Regards,

John.
