First of all for please backup the current version DATA folder, please take below steps:

2- Backup the DATA folder (make a copy), the default data folder location is: /opt/attunity/replicate/data

Then please take care direct upgrade is supported from the last two versions onlyWe cannot upgrade from 2022.5 to 2023.11 straightly. We need 2 steps upgrading:

(1) upgrade from 2022.5 to 2022.11

(2) upgrade from 2022.11 to 2023.11

Please download Replicate 2022.11 from Qlik Download site. BTW, Qlik Replicate 2023.11 can be run on Linux version 8.x & 9.x, if your current Linux version is 7.x or lower version, then you cannot upgrade Qlik Replicate at present.

Hello @aghewar1 ,

Regarding the error, you are using account "attunity" to perform upgrade, please use "root" account, Installation or upgrading of Qlik Replicate must be run as root or using the sudo command.

Hope this helps.
