Looks like you are running out of resources on your server. What are the current RAM and CPU consumption on that server?

cheers

We are not able to see that because that was maintained by platform team and how to check that?

Hi @Gowtham2911 - if thats the case check that with your platform team please. They will need to RDP to server or maybe they have other monitoring tools to check that.

Hi @Gowtham2911

QlikView is a "in memory" technology. It needs enough resources (RAM memory) to be able to operate. Your platform team needs to verify if your QlikView server has enough RAM memory when the app you are trying to use is being opened by multiple users. They can achieve that by RDP or potentially they using their own tools.

Just talk to them and they will know what to do. If not - they shouldn't be "platform team".

btw - RDP is a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) : https://www.google.com/search?q=RDP
