Hi,
I suggest you post Qlik NPrinting questions in the related community https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting-Discussions/bd-p/qlik-nprinting-discussions
To create a separate worksheet on the same Excel workbook you can add a field in the Pages node. This will create a different worksheet for each distinct value of the added field. Here there is the explanation for PowerPoint https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/PowerPointReports/Pages-individual.h... and in Excel, it is the same.
To split generated reports into different files you have to use cycles that are explained in details at https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2022/Content/NPrinting/ReportsDevelopment/Cycling-your-repo...

Ruggero
