QS - user can't lgoin

Hi all,

I have QS3 everything is working fine,

except one user can get in the system.

,

in my environment any user should type the username + password however for this user only every time he typing the user name + password he asked once again to login.

the user have a license and appear on the active directory in the QMC like anyone else

The answer is that the user needs to change password in the organization, in the next time he locked / restart etc.

Does this user try to access from outside the domain?

he is inside the domain

Go to "License and Tokens" part.

Try to look out is there any free login accesses in QMC and what with your rule politics?
