Improve tabbed container performance and/or formatting in Focus/Card themes

1. The performance of tabbed containers is pretty slow compared to alternative dimensions/measures.

2. When using the default focus theme or any homemade card themes, the way the tabbed container fits within the object is no bueno. A lot of empty white spaces that make me reconsider using tabbed containers while it is such a great extension!

The replacement for the bundled containers, the  native container of QS June 2019 offer a lot of improvements.
