AccessPoint Issue

Hi All,

There is no year 2015, however if select 2014 then 2015 showing in list box. This is happening particular region persons rest of all users not facing any issue. More ever development side also fine.

Please find the attachment.

can you share any suggestions to resolve issue.

Hi,

Check the year field for 2015 in the Qlikview file, I think you have the data for 2015 for that region.  If you share the file it would be easier to debug.

Data is there for 2015 janan.

I am suspecting it is distribution issue.

They able to click 2015 & able to see data as well.

Issue is 2015 is not appear in list box.

Check both the fields are same?   May be you are using different fields?

No Same fields only. It's working for all except one user.

Ask them to clear the browser cache and try again.

Hi Nihhal,

share some screenshots for that.

check if changing different timezone for that user changes list box selection or not.

try also clearing browser cache at user end
