Auto CAL/Token assignment

1. QlikView: If we assign an access through named user option in distribution tab (while creating task) to any dashboard, does the license assign automatically when user access the dashboard in access point? We have named users CALs.

2. Qlik Sense: If we provide access to specific stream to any user, does the token auto assign when user access any dashboard inn Hub.

3. If user opens more than 5 documents, does it use second token for 6th application? If so, does it show two user access allocated to single user?

1. QlikView: If we assign an access through named user option in distribution tab (while creating task) to any dashboard, does the license assign automatically when user access the dashboard in access point? We have named users CALs.

QlikView CALs need to be assigned (or automatically assigned) on Document open. So a user who has access to a document doesn't necessarily have a CAL. They will be given one on access. Or make use of the one they have assigned. If you have automatic assignment enabled, they will automatically get them on open. If not, one needs to be first assigned.

2. Qlik Sense: If we provide access to specific stream to any user, does the token auto assign when user access any dashboard inn Hub.

Same as QlikView above in that case. Being allowed to access a stream does not automatically provide a token. A token assignment rule needs to be set up.

3. If user opens more than 5 documents, does it use second token for 6th application? If so, does it show two user access allocated to single user?

I am afraid I do not understand this question. Do you mean analyzer capacity licenses?  https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Support-Knowledge-Base/Analyzer-capacity-license-and-comparison-w...

Or do you mean sessions? Users can only have 5 sessions open for their access pass, a 6th will be denied. But no extra license would be used.
