Hi,
We are trying to install QlikView on a new server. We are getting indication the the old server will shut down as a result of the installation. Please advice!

Hello @Kenjoswe,
I assume you're wanting to keep your existing QlikView Server up and running while you configure your new QlikView Server environment. If this is the case, you'll need to request a temporary license from your Qlik account team as applying the same license to more than one QlikView Server installations will cause the original QlikView Server license to become inoperable. Your Qlik account team is the only team within Qlik who can provide you a temporary license. If you need assistance in getting in contact with your Qlik account team, reach out to Qlik Customer Support, and they can help you get in contact.
Best Regards

We already have temporary licenses but we are want to make sure that we are not affecting the old server.
you’re having problem with your mailbox:”The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages”
If each QlikView Server has it's own independent license, then you should be okay regarding licensing. Qlik article QlikView: Migrating to a different machine is a great resource as well.
