Cost Difference between Qlik License with 1 year LEF or without 1year LEF bounding

We buy Perpetual license from Qlik, but its with 1 Year LEF expire bounding, that's why after 1 year its showing LEF expire. How we buy Qlik license without LEF "Product_Level" Bounding? secondly what is the cost difference between with 1 year or without 1 year LEF?
