Document administrator qmc access

Hi guys, I'm trying to access the qmc with my document administrator user. I'm getting error "access denied - membership of local security group is missing". I also configured the "qlikview document administrator" local group in system-setup-server-folder access but I cannot access the console. something missing?

Is that user part of the "QlikView Administrators" group?

No, only part of document administrators group

That explains why he/she has not access to the QMC.

So... Add that user to that group .

I need to access the qmc with a lower privilege, document admin cannot access the qmc?

The sync process some time may take up to 24 hours after adding a user as a document admin. If permitted during regular hours, recycle the services.

I've tried this morning but nothing changes. I'va also restarted the services

Hi Gianfranco, check out the attached, pay particular attention to the naming of the

'QlikView Document Administrators'

group, it must be EXACTLY as shown, NOT "qlikview document administrator'

Hi Andrew, I renamed the group (it was created by the setup, actually) and restarted the server but I get the same error

This group 'QlikView Document Administrators' isn't created by the Setup, but QlikView Administrators is
