Document reload task failed

Hi,

I am trying to automatically reload a document using server/publisher, however the task always fails.

Any ideas on how i can find out why it is failing?

Make sure you have the "Generate Log File" option checked in the document properties, general tab.

Then look at the generated log file after you run the reload, that should give you a hint.

if you try to start the task manually, does it run?

if you try to open the qvw-document manually, does it bring up any kind of popup? (Security Questions, Login-Popup in case of Section Access, ...)

Do you have dependancies in your task?

Hi,

Thanks for responding, i managed to figure out the problem, it was related to the QV service user not having access/permissions to the folder where the QVW was stored.
