Erro too many cals allocated

Meus amigos, como estão?

Estou precisando de um ajuda de vocês! Estou com um problema quando eu tento alocar um novo usuário a um determinado relatório o QMC retorna a mensagem Too many cals allocated e já segui as orientaçoes que outros usuarios (inclusive global) sugeriram, Alguem já tratou esse erro antes? Quais os passos para solucionar o problema 

Tentei https://community.qlik.com/t5/New-to-QlikView/Too-Many-Document-Cals-Allocated/td-p/1461248 a sugestão neste post, porem em nenhuma delas consegui, tenho 80 cals e não estou conseguindo atribuir nenhuma!

Hello @rafaelmarciano,

How many Document CALs are allocated on your QlikView Server license?  In QMC > Documents > User Documents > Name of QVW.QVW > Document CALs tab, what is value of "Number of CALs allocated to this Document:"?  In QMC > Documents > User Documents, do you notice if there are QVW(s) listed all in caps (MYQVW.QVW) that does not appear in the folder indicated?
