IE Plug-in Issue

Hello Experts

When he open the AccessPoint at the right side, on the top end he is able to see 'Download IE Plugin'. User has downloaded the plugin but it does not work. In the AccessPoint that 'Open with IE Plugin' is still disable.

Due to this user is able to see one of the document in the AccessPoint  but unable to open it.

Can someone help me.

hi,

Your corporate ID. and Also send the document information.

Go to you Qlikview Managment console. Click the last tab (i think its system tab).. go to "ABOUT" tab.  Select more details

Copy paste the below information to a word document and attach this information to them.

Hi a_thodge,

Check the version of the plugin install (should be in the default directory) and make sure it's up to date with your version of Qlik.

I had real trouble with anything above IE8. So I just use IE8 and that tends to solve any problem with the IE plug in.

Hi Anta,

We are facing same issue for one user , IE plugin option is not visible in accesspoint. He has reinstalled qv plugin many  times and rebooted his system. using IE 8 and QV sr7.

If you have any solution please let us know

Hi Arunesh,

My issue was solved. User did the mistake that she is trying to open that document in Firefox thats not able to see IE option.
