Hi Jill, thank you for reaching out. Yes, I am having difficulty installing Qlik on my PC.
Can someone from the "Accept Solution" community help walk me through it? Or, should I use someone from Qlik support?

Hi @cbillingsley1,
Can you provide a detailed description what is occurring when you attempt to install? Also, which product - QlikView Desktop or QlikView Server? Screen captures and installation logs would be helpful for us. Thanks!
Best Regards

Hello @cbillingsley1 ,
Thanks for coming back.
As per the original description this looked as a how to question, we would strongly recommend adding as much context as possible when creating a new post so our Community users can help on the best way possible.
When Setup.exe is run, a log file is written to the temp folder of the user. The log file is called QlikViewx64.wil. Each time the installation is run a new file is generated, over writing the old log file.
If you could add the context as @Chip_Matejowsky has mentioned, it would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Albert
