Hello folks,
I am able to export to a Qlik Server shared folder from Access point. I am part of QvAdmin group.
When business user exports, nothing happening. She has IE plug installed. She has all the permissions set up on folder as full access.
I am not finding any clue what could be wrong or do I need to check any properties or attributes on access point server.
Can some one please suggest solution where i can explore .

I would start by checking the QVS Event logs and Audit logs (if enabled) and search for the end user's UserID and time stamp of when issue occurred. There will likely be some logging of a failed Export to Excel event.
