If i understand your doubt you made a reduction and need to distribute for same users.
First of all, you don´t need Grant access for document, when you made the distribution using "Loop Field in Document" you´re saying that a field of your document is equal to the user account in AD, thus the Publisher is responsible for giving their permission to the document, but you have to make sure the field in the document is equivalent to the user's network login.
