Hi All,
I can get tickets in non-clustered environment with below settings. But I couldn't do the same in clustered environment.
Ensured the below things:
Any help is really very much appreciated!!
Thanks & Regards,
Saravana Prabhu
And what is the problem? Do you get a response from getticket.aspx? what accesspoint are you requesting it from?
Daniel,
I'm using below link.
http://localhost/QvAjaxZfc/GetTicket.aspx?cmd=<Global method="GetTicket"><UserId>UserAccount</UserId></Global>
Getting below response:
-----------------------------
<?xml version="1.0"?>
-<result><message text="Invalid call"/></result>
Thanks & Regards,
Saravana Prabhu
- Is the user making the call part of the Qlikview Administrators group in all servers? Is it a domain user?
- Are you 100% sure the getticket.aspx has only windows authentication enabled in all webservers?
- Are you using QVWS or IIS?
Yep, the user is part of QV Admin group & getticket.aspx is having windows autentication.
We are using IIS.
Thanks,
Senthil.
can you post your IIS folder settings? does it work locally pasting the link in IE using localhost?
I don't think your issue is related to cluster problems but IIS settings.
Daniel,
Finally we are able to get ticket with the same link, cache is we have to use ip instead of server name.
But whenever we request for ticket, it is prompting for username and password. How can we get rid of this?
Thanks for your continuous support..
Regards,
Saravana Prabhu
Make sure both the ip and server name are in the intranet zone of the IE security settings for the user making the requests. Also make sure you're not going through a proxy.
