Possiblilities for statistical relationships in Qlikview

Hello all,

I have a question regarding the possiblities of statistical relationships in Qlikview.

Is it possible when you select in an overview a specific article that QV shows what other customers also bought when buying that article? ('what other customers also bought')

Example Customer data:

CustomerArticleQuantity
A110kg
A25kg
B15kg
C110kg
C25 kg
C32kg
D12 kg
D44 kg
D32 kg

For example Customer B with article 1.

When I select Article 1 I would like to get an overview that when buying Article 1 .

most customer also bought article 2

- 2 customers also bought Article 3

- and 1 customer also bought 4 (less important since it was bought only once)

Preferable in a Top x overview

Is such thing possible in Qlikview? And which graph it the adviced one to use?

Regards, Bianca

Hi Bianca,

You might have know the Qlikview by defaultwork on ÄND' logic and here in your scenario you are tyring to apply ÓR'

logic. Well it is possible by using Alternate state feature provided by Qlik.

Here is the details : About Alternate state.

Hope it helps you.

Thanks Mahamed for your input.

It is not completely what I am looking for.

I want to select Article 1 and than see all Customers that purchased Article 1 and more important I would like to see which other Article's those customers purchased

For the example I see in my overview that Customer B purchased Article 1. So I select Article 1

And then in another overview I want to see :

Customer A purchased Article 1 and Article 2

Customer C purchased Article 1 and Article 2 and Article 3

Customer D purchased Article 1 and Article 3 and Article 4

Based on above overview I know that when a Customer Purchase Article 1 they might be interested  also  purchasing Article 2 and 3.

This information we can use for upselling purposes.

Hopefully this explains it a bit better.
