Problem with font size when using the app

Hello

We open our application that are on access point with font size.

Today one user told me that the font size have changed for her. And now she cant read the complete text on diagrem and other stuff.

For other user it has not changed.

We have tried zoom but it changed the whole diagrem and not only the font size.

Any suggestion?

Since this only happens for one user, I would focus on settings that might have changed on that PC. Fonts installed/uninstalled, zoom settings etc.

Is it only the seize that changed, or the font too?

It is only the size of the fonts that have changed. And the customer says it is only in the qlikview applikation and no where else.

We tried with change the dispay scala and we tried with change the zoom size in the qlikview app. Nothing helped

For that user, try right-clicking the QlikView app (.exe file), properties, Compatibility, Change High DPI Settings, and see if tweaking these settings helps. You might also want to look at the matching Windows settings ("Advanced scaling settings"). Note that these can also sometimes change when a user is using a laptop screen vs. connected to a monitor, television, or projector, for example.

We tried with Advance scaling settings it didn't help because she aldready had the smallest size.

When you write "right-clikcking the QlikView app (.exe file). Do you mean that we right qlick on the app on access point?
