QMC Qlik Management Console - pull a list of all Users/User Groups and/or Connect it to a QlikView

We use QlikView Enterprise Wide and are looking for a way to keep track of 1.All of the QlikViews, 2. which users and groups have access to the individual QlikViews.  We have Qlik Management Console. Is there a way to download this as a report or to connect a QlikView directly to the Qlik Management Console? if not, is there a way to download a report that will pull this that I can load into a QlikView?

I see that I can look at triggers and tasks this way. If I look at the distribution tab, will that show me who has access?

Yes, unless the distribution is done manually.
