Hi,

We are having issue with laoding of the Accesspoint page in QlikView 11.20.12852. The Accesspoint page shows a progress bar (loading) but never returns with the list of QVWs.

Has anyone faced this issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

It´s the first time that have you had this problem? Or is the first installation?

If is the first installation you need to check this options:

  • After to the installation you need to restart the server
  • If you have iis in the server, you need review if the installation is correct because QlikView have its intern access point, so if you want IIS you need to follow the document that I attach in this comment
  • Sometimes the antivirus is aggressive and block all connections between the server and the computer of the user, so try to disable the antivirus only for review if the antivirus is blocking the access point of QlikView
  • Remember, you need to disable the firewall of the server
  • Add the URL of the access point in to the trusted sites of Internet Explorer

What webserver are u using? IIS or Qlikview Webserver?
Are all services running correctly? Take a look in  QMC->Status->Services ...

We recently upgraded from QlikView 10 to QlikView 11.20.12852. The 'Accesspoint' page was working for a couple of weeks and then stopped working last week.

Which version of .Net Framework is installed? The 11 requires at least version 4.0

If u have version 4 try to run the following command from the cmd line:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

.Net Framework 4.5
