QlikView Scalability

I am performing QlikView scalability and getting error while executing scenario.

When i am clicking on Execute button it is giving pop-up message for Java version. As per pop-up, it is advising me to install 64 bit Java version. When i checked in CMD it is showing me server have already 64 bit Java version.

I am attaching snapshots for reference here.

Can somebody help me here ?

Check JRE path in environment variable and ensure its accurate.

I would also recommend reviewing the Scalability area of Community as well, but it does appear things are running as 32 bit, so need to be sure the correct CMD.exe is being called as if you want 64bit, that will need to be called via System32 versus SysWOW64 etc.  Only thing of which I can think is happening, wrong platform being called somewhere in things...
