Hi @rajath_channasetty,

Sounds as if this single user may have some browser setting interrupting communication between QVWS and QVS.  Suggest that you capture a .HAR file of the effected user's issue and compare it to a user who doesn't experience the issue.  See Qlik Support article Save network web traffic (HAR/XML file) and console logs from the browser's developer tools for steps on how to obtain the .HAR file.

If you need further assistance, then suggest that you contact Qlik Support and raise a case.

Best Regards

Hi @rajath_channasetty

Its might be, due to chart in the sheet takes long time to render due to huge volume of data or any complex expression.

You can make some default selection or landing page might be in different sheet can help.

Thanks & Regards, Mayil Vahanan R

Hello @MayilVahanan ,

We have tried the steps which you have mentioned, but still we can not see the data in the application for that user.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the help.
