Qlikview 12.8 Migration

We are planning to upgrade our Qlikview.

The new server will be a separate server.

The current version is 12.0 and the new version is 12.8.

We will set up 12.8 on the new server and migrate from the current version 12.0 to 12.8.

We are organizing the folders and files to be migrated.
We would like to confirm the following about the target folders and files.

(1)
Is the idea that the target folder for migration is the following folder correct?
 C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR
 C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents
 C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\SourceDocuments

(2)
If (1) is correct, is it safe to assume that all files in the folder are to be migrated?
If not, please tell us about the files to be migrated.

(3)
Are users and tasks included in the migration?
If not, please let us know if there is a way to migrate them without manual intervention.

(4)
We would like to know if there are any other considerations other than the above in the transition.
We are looking into how to upgrade according to the following document.
・How to Upgrade or Migrate QlikView 11.20 and later versions

Your prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @taiki,

Suggest you follow the upgrade instructions that are in the QlikView Server/Publisher Help

Additionally the following Qlik Support article provides details on how to migrate users - Migrating QlikView Server without losing CAL assignments?

Finally, Qlik Support article Checklist before performing upgrade of QlikView Server production environment is very handy as well.

This is an additional consultation.
We are planning to install a new version on a new server and will be migrating from our current server.
I am concerned about the migration of .ini file.

There is no mention of .ini file migration on the following site.
Upgrading to a different machine

On the other hand, the following sites mention that the qvpr_<OldMachineName>.ini file need to be migrated.
How to Upgrade or Migrate QlikView 11.20 and later versions
 ・%ProgramData%\QlikTech\ManagementService\qvpr_<OldMachineName>.ini file

What information does this .ini file hold?
In our situation, do we need to migrate this .ini file from the current version to the new version?
