Qlikview Access Point and Dashboards opening Slowly after upgrading to May 2022 Version

Hello All,

We have recently upgraded our Qlikview environment from 12.20 to 12.70 Version ,after upgrading Qlikview access point is loading slowly and dashboards also taking long time to open.

Any solutions for this ,please help me on this.

Hello All,

After clearing browser cache ,cookies and history in the browser,the issue is resolved.

Hi @Jay587 , there have been several changes between those versions.

  • Which operating system installed on?
  • Are you using IIS or QlikView WebServer?
  • Is it a single node installation?
  • Do you also see the issue if remote-desktoping to the server and connecting on localhost?
  • Do you see anything worth mentioning in the browser's developer tools when trying to opening a dashboard?
  • And in the Qlikview Server, Webserver and Directory Service Connector log files?

Hello @Jay587 

You mentioned the issue happened after upgrade.

Please check if there were any changes done to timeouts related to QVS and QVWS:

Also you could compare the QVWS configuration file from before upgrade and after and check if there is a change in some value. The file is located here: C:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\Web Server\QVWebServer.exe.config
